FRIED CHICKEN WITH ONION

Memasak Asik readers this time i want to shere Chicken Combo recipes. Why chicken? In Indonesian The fried chicken is always a favorite. For the firsht one chicken marinated with onions until the aroma is very tasteful, Coated with flour and fry until crisps. Eat while warm with chili sauce, sweet and sour sauce , or Bangkok sauce. Its you to decide.

Its Easy to make tasty Fried Chicken with Onion, here the recipe. 



Ingredients:
500 g of chicken meat, the boneless one, then cut into pieces;
cooking oil.

The marinade seasoning, stir well:
3 cloves garlic, grated;
3 cloves red onions, grated;
1 tablespoon soy sauce;
½ teaspoon pepper;
1 teaspoon salt.

Seasoned flour, stir well:
100 g flour;
50 g rice powder;
1 tablespoon cornstarch/ corn flour;
1 teaspoon black pepper powder;
1 teaspoon garlic powder;
½ teaspoon salt.

How to make:
  1. Stir the chicken pieces with marinade seasoning until evenly. Let sit for 1 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  2. Roll the chicken pieces marinated in flour mixture until Seasoning until evenly.
  3. Fry in plenty of oil over medium heat until golden brown and dry.
  4. Remove and drain. Serve warm. Serve for 4 people

FRIED CHICKEN ORIGINAL

Memasak Asik readers. On the second recipe still the same like before but the different only in onion. Its use less onion than before. This is the best for people who don like onion much. Ok. here the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 domestic chickens, cut into 8-10 parts;
1 teaspoon grated garlic;
1 teaspoon grated ginger;
1 teaspoon salt;
2 chicken egg whites part only, whipped frothy;
the oil for frying.

Seasoned flour, stir well:
150 g flour;
1 tablespoon rice powder;
1 teaspoon pepper;
2 teaspoon garlic powder;
½ teaspoon ground ginger;
½ teaspoon coriander powder.

How to make:
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with garlic, ginger, and salt until evenly. Let stand for 1 hour in order to sew. Drain until the water runs out.
  2. Roll the chicken in flour until evenly seasoning.
  3. Dip in egg whites then roll again in seasoned flour until blended. Let sit for 30 minutes for a bit dry.
  4. Fry in plenty of oil over medium heat until golden brown and dry.
  5. Remove and drain. Serve warm with bottled chili sauce. Serve for 6 people.
